the "E" style, a natural complement
to the many fashionable jackets we sell.
We have access to an ever growing network of contacts, archival and photographic
materials and artifacts. Our Marketing staff constantly keeps an open communications
channel with a variety of NLB Historians, researchers, NL Fans and even some of
the surviving players themselves! The goal of this entire process is to produce
as accurately as possible a product you, our customer would be proud to wear or
collect as memorabilia.

Handcrafted with original
cotton flannel fabric it sports the Team moniker across the chest. The font
styles
vary(see left)
as well as the layout,one of which could be an arch or just straight line lettering.
The "E" style
jersey features double-needle tailoring and rendered with styles that are close
as possible to original jerseys worn by Negro League players in the early 20th
century. Note the air holes beneath the armpits.

More than any other apparel the jersey was by far the most prominent
item used to represent an organization or team. Even as early as 1909 Negro League
Teams jerseys such as the Leland Giants sported elaborate lettering that served
as early types of "logos". Players donned them during game time, during
