VAN ANDEL MUSEUM CENTER - League of Their Own: A Michigan Sports History Exhibition, FEBRUARY 1 - SEPTEMBER 1, 2003
Do you own anything related to the history of the All-American Girls Professional Baseball League, the Negro Leagues or the House of David traveling baseball team? Anyone interested in lending or donating items related to these unusual baseball league or teams for this exhibit should contact Kay Zuris at 616-456-3512. Objects sought for the exhibit include uniforms, bats, balls, gloves, photos and posters, scorecards, schedules, yearbooks and scrapbooks. Some of the greatest pieces of history are stories of the people who lived it. If you know of someone who once played for any of these teams, tell us about it!
